Correspondence

Kind words, kept on file

We do not collect “testimonials” in the modern sense. We keep letters. A selection follows, lightly edited for the website Brenton made us get.

  • “I arrived expecting a lecture about fixed versus variable. I received tea, a clear explanation, and a link to finish the application that evening. My father, who used this firm in 1996, is confused but impressed.”

    - J. Nguyen, Richmond
  • “Mr Kelly said no to the first structure and yes to the second. Both conversations took less time than my previous broker’s ‘I’ll get back to you.’ I have framed neither letter, but I considered it.”

    - S. & R. Patel, Glen Waverley
  • “They still sent a letter. They also sent a link. I did not have to print anything. Five stars, if one is allowed to say so.”

    - A client in Camberwell
  • “Self-employed, two companies, and a dog who ate the BAS. Brenton reconstructed the story from the fact find and did not make me feel like a criminal. Margaret posted a copy of the approval. The dog was not mentioned.”

    - C. Okonkwo, Brunswick

We cannot promise a letter. We can promise the application will not be a PDF.
