How we prefer to work
Face to face where it helps. A public link where a form used to waste a Saturday. The numbers still happen here; you no longer have to post them.
1. You tell the story once
The Apply Now button opens a Quickli fact find. Names, income, the property, the bits we used to collect on a yellow pad. You complete it at the kitchen table. We do not send a second form “for our records.”
2. It becomes the scenario
This is the part other broker websites skip, and the reason we finally allowed a website at all. Your answers do not sit in an enquiry inbox. They land in the working file - the scenario - from which we test lenders, structures, and the thing Mr Kelly calls “whether this is wise.”
3. If life moves, the file moves
Auction delayed. Bonus smaller than hoped. A guarantor has thoughts. You update the same fact find; it round-trips back into the scenario. Nobody at this firm will ask you to “just send that in an email again.” Margaret forbade it.
4. Then we meet, if you wish
Chambers are open Tuesday to Thursday. You may also stay on the telephone. The advice is the same. The biscuits are better in person.
