Show the round-trip, not just the button
The public link isn’t a lead form. Put a How it works page on the site that says: fact find in, scenario out, same story if the deal moves.
The gap clients can feel
Most broker sites collect an enquiry and then go quiet. The impressive version is: the client’s answers become the working file. If you never say that on the website, it looks like every other contact form.
A page, not a paragraph
A three-step strip on the homepage is fine. A dedicated How it works (or Approach, or Method) page is better - it gives you room to say “you type it once” and “you don’t start again when the listing changes.” Quick Brokers, Keatinge & Kelly, and QB//MOD each do this in their own voice.
Match the words to the product
Don’t invent a second CRM story. If the public link feeds a scenario, say so in client language. Then actually configure the org that way - Experiences on this site are the cheat sheet.
Next: browse Experiences or try a different demo site.
