FAQ

Questions we get, including from brokers pretending to be clients

Short answers. The long ones live in the Guide.

Is this a real brokerage?
No. On purpose. It’s a showcase so real brokers can feel a Quickli fact find on a real-looking site, then point at the version they want.
So I shouldn’t send you my deposit?
Correct. Please do not refinance your house here. The public links are real; the lending is not.
What happens when I tap the button?
You leave this website and land in a Quickli fact find for this demo org. OTP, questions, maybe docs - depending which Experience this link is wired to.
What’s a ‘scenario’ when you keep saying round-trip?
The working file the broker actually models the deal in. A good public link doesn’t dump a PDF in an inbox - it becomes that file. If your story changes, you update the fact find and it feeds the scenario again.
Do I need to talk to someone first?
Not for the demo. In a real brokerage you might. The lesson is: the site can start the file before the call.
Can my own site look like this?
The coat of paint, yes. Steal the structure from Demo sites, steal the flow from Experiences, then tell Quickli “I want mine like that.”
Why are there three other websites?
Because brokers don’t all want teal jokes. There’s a dusty partnership, a black-and-lime product site, and a one-person page with a photo. Same public-link idea, different nerve.
Who is Paul?
Head of Credit. Chief No-er. Would like a word about your HECS.
