OTP. Identity. Done. You do not stand up auth. You do not watch a lead rot in a mailbox while someone “sets up a portal.”

Fact find. Docs if you want them. The client does this once, on a phone, before they forget why they clicked.

This is the gap most broker sites leave open. Answers do not die as a PDF. They become the working deal. Structures. Serviceability. Lender list.

Round-trip
Listing changes. Income changes. Guarantor has feelings. Client updates the same fact find. The scenario updates. Nobody re-types a life.
